These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in the Free Website Development Plan offered by WebDev Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By applying for or accepting this offer, the client (“you”, “customer”) agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Scope of the Free Website Offer
The Free Website Development Plan includes:
- One basic business website design and development
- Standard pages (Home, About, Services, Contact or similar)
- Mobile responsive layout
- Basic on-page SEO setup
- Free hosting for one (1) year
- Basic security and performance configuration
This offer does not include advanced features unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Ownership of Website, Domain, and Hosting
- The domain name, hosting account, website source files, and website ownership remain the property of WebDev Solutions during the free plan period.
- The customer is granted usage rights only.
- If the customer wishes to own the domain, hosting, or website in the future, a separate negotiation and valuation will be required.
3. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership transfer is optional and subject to:
- Website valuation based on design, structure, and development effort
- Market pricing at the time of transfer
- Written agreement between both parties
Until payment and agreement are completed, ownership remains with WebDev Solutions.
4. Website Content Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing lawful, accurate, and original content
- Ensuring no copyright infringement
- Ensuring business compliance with local laws
WebDev Solutions is not liable for content legality or misuse.
5. Design Revisions and Changes
- Minor design adjustments are allowed during initial development.
- After six (6) months from website delivery, all updates, edits, or changes will be charged according to current service rates.
- Structural redesigns, new pages, or feature additions are always chargeable.
6. Hosting Terms
- Hosting is provided free for one (1) year.
- After one year, renewal is mandatory to keep the website active.
- Failure to renew hosting may result in website suspension or removal.
- WebDev Solutions is not responsible for data loss after suspension due to non-renewal.
7. SEO Disclaimer
Basic on-page SEO is included.
However:
- No ranking guarantees are provided.
- Search engine performance depends on competition, industry, and algorithms.
- Advanced SEO services require separate contracts.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate
WebDev Solutions reserves the right to:
- Refuse any application without justification
- Terminate the free website if the client violates terms
- Remove content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful
- Discontinue the free plan at any time
9. Usage Restrictions
The website may not be used for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud, scams, or misleading content
- Adult, gambling, or harmful content (unless approved in writing)
- Content that damages the reputation of WebDev Solutions
10. Data Protection & Privacy
All client information is handled according to privacy standards and will not be sold or misused.
The client agrees that basic business information may be used for portfolio or marketing display unless requested otherwise in writing.
11. No Financial Liability
The free website is provided “as is”.
WebDev Solutions is not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Website downtime beyond reasonable control
- Third-party service failures
12. Support Limitations
Free plan support is limited to:
- Hosting related issues
- Basic website accessibility
Marketing support, advanced technical support, or content writing is not included.
13. Modification of Terms
WebDev Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Company’s registered operating jurisdiction and international business practice standards.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for or using the Free Website Development Plan, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions fully.
