SiR-NHS Size:1mg Datasheet MSDSSiR (silicon rhodamine) dyes are a family of far red fluorescent probes derived from a modified rhodamine structure in which oxygen is replaced with silicon. They are bright, photostable, and cell permeable, making them highly suited for live cell imaging and super resolution microscopy. SiR NHS is the NHS ester of SiR 6 COOH (652Ex 674Em) and can be conjugated to amine containing molecules easily. It is compatible with standard Cy5 filter sets.
