This rear fender stay comes in one piece like in the 2nd picture. The tubes of the stay are 11 3 8" from the end to the first flat spot. The flat spots measure 4 5 8" apart. This is painted silver and measures 12" from the center of the bottom mounting hole to the bottom of this fender, the OD of the tube is 1 2"
