Each panel is large at 18" tall and 15" wide (workable with additional distance beyond the folds you can see in the photos - that represents where the outer perimeter was folded back and then tacked to the wooden chair back)Linen warp with wool and perhaps some silk yarns used

The only flaw is some breakage/loss to the thorn crown and possibly the tips of a few fingers

She dates to about 1910

Late 1700s., Georgian era, these mourning or memento pins were so precious and treasured, they often survive in excellent condition as is the case with this one with its 1 framing row of very fine seed pearls. Can be worn either as a pin or pendant (small bale up
