The metal tube is 4. 5 inches long with the button positioned 1. 5 inches from the end. No switch on handle. This hose fits the Gold Series two speed AND the Blue two speed Platinum series. Can be used for wet pickup when used with AquaMate shampoo systems. Important: Will NOT fit SE, D4, E2 Black, SRX models, or the new PN 12 E2 Type 12. Replaces
