It's been described as a light Pinot Noir with an Atlantic breeze a testament to its fresh, juicy profile. Made by crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26C & prolonged skin maceration. 50% is then matured in French oak barrels for 6 Months. Bright, light red ruby in colour, fresh strawberries
