Fryer's Cove Grenache Cinsault 13 Capturing the spirit of ManosOn the West Coast 300km north of Cape Town, the largely unspoiled coastline of Doringbaai is home to arguably the worlds only vineyard so close to the icy Atlantic Ocean, Fryers Cove. Vines dot the hillside by the rocky shore, providing wines with a distinct maritime character. This Grenache Cinsault blend uses grapes from vines around 20 years of age harvested during early morning. Fermentation in open top tanks with gentle pump overs 3 times a day.
