Vintage-Antique Painted "Tirol" Black Forest Carved Plaque, Bread Plate, Tray figural This one is shown veryAn early 1900s Grand Tour souvenir of Tirol, (Tyrol) which is an area that, while a State, neighbors Austria's Salzburg and the Italian province of South Tyrol (formerly part of the Austro Hungarian Empire before WW1). The tray is carved in floral relief on that outer band, then hand painted i a floral garland and the title, "Tirol". A mountain vista, alps, and a country church and buildings, including a chalet, invite the Grand Tour tourist to
