The name IDDA, meaning she in Sicilian dialect, refers to Mount Etna, the majestic and active volcano that dominates the region. The partnership aims to produce wines that capture the unique terroir of Etna, combining Gajas expertise in crafting elegant, age worthy wines with Gracis
