Cerro San Luis Honey - Costa Rica Temple Coffee high-quality lotsThe Delgados, a coffee mill with nine years of experience, have mastered the art of producing exceptional coffees. This year, we are delighted to offer their full Honey processed coffee. Unlike traditional methods that require water, the Delgados use a mechanical de mucilager to remove the outer skin of the beans, eliminating the need for water. The beans, with their mucilage (pulp) intact, are then laid out on raised drying beds under a solar dryer.
