The washed half is our Kochere, a Yirgacheffe lot that maintains its clean and floral character, reminiscent of the peach and black tea side of Ethiopia. The natural side is Shantawene, originating from Sidama, and it adds a vibrant jammy blueberry flavor with the body and sweetness that natural coffees are known for.
