Pale Citizens Drow These wasteland villains rule throughThe Pale are far less numerous and extrovert. Blue skinned, tall, and often delicately built, they are a grave, secretive, semi nocturnal species. They populate dark and duskworlds, or tidally locked planets, where they occupy the twilight ring between eternal day and perpetual night.
