Light Yoga Class Pass linen Each cyanotype piece is madeThis is a gentle Hatha Yoga class with all the elements of yoga included: lots of mindful body stretches, standing poses to improve strength and balance as well as a focus on the breath, meditation and a lovely relaxation to finish suitable for different levels of experience in yoga including beginners. All yoga postures can be modified to suit varying needs and each student's range of movement. I encourage practicing in tune with how your body is
