The pebbled leatherette covering is tearing and flaking off, so please be sure to see the photos. They are maker marked with a logo for Tokyo Optical (now known as Topcon). There is a serial number No. 5521. They are also marked for JES which stands for Japanese Engineering Standards, which was the technical standard used in Japan before and
