This is a stellar example of Grolleau, which IMO we don't see enough of here, especially not done this well. High on drink ability without sacrificing any of the complexity. Earthy, wild fruit meets plenty of peppery spice. Chill this down and wonder where the bottle went. ABV: 12. 5%
