This ones a cross between Riesling and Pinot Bianco, grown on a late ripening plot of clay limestone soils. Waxy, saline, and smooth from a bit of acacia barrel aging. White flowers and apricot swirling around too. Very distinctive and will reveal its full potential given time either in the glass or bottle. One to savour. ABV: 12%
