The original painting was painted in acrylic. Pink is such a restful colour and nature is spectacular on Harrogates Stray in May when the Cherry Blossoms burst forth. I painted this using the end of a fallen Cherry Tree twig to dip into my acrylic paint and apply to the canvas.
