a few small surface marks and a very slight inward bend to the lower front wood panel (the panel with key hole)

This is a rather large wall hanging beadwork valet of sorts

Housed within is the most charming young French fisherman. He has his baskets of small fish, sardines perhaps or anchovies. Proudly posed in a side alley that gives the little painting so much personality. A walk in the old streets of some village in France, Italy, Spain or Portugal.
