A Pair of Late 19thC Memento Mori Sculpted & Painted Plaster Skulls sub-Curios surviving principally from George III

surviving principally from George III period England and the last quarter of the eighteenth century

They then moved to 60 College Square in about 1900 and then occupied 61 (where these specimens were prepared) shortly afterwards

and which was retained until about 1770

The reverses to the specimens have some loss as photographed with one having lost a few sections to its back but largely they remain intact
