"Spring Creek" - Blue Heron - SOLD Deep Sea Fish art FOR A LIMITED TIME -This is a plein air painting I completed in one sitting in the spring of 2021. I was on my dock on a creek off the Mattaponi River in eastern Virginia and I liked the composition and light of this view that I have seen hundreds of times, but in the late spring around the middle of May, this quiet little corner was teeming with life.
