The item opens closes well and has it's original glass front. The back engine turned section is rolled gold and the rest of the locket is a pinchbeck style alloy. The rolled gold finish has worn on the rear showing the gold tone base metal underneath. The item weighs approx. 9. 29g and the size dimensions are in the later photos.
