I've looked it over pretty closely but am not seeing the tiny silversmith mark

Just needing a collector or designer to make them up

I just love these old things

The only imperfection I note is that a hinged inner stopper has gone missing (only noticeable looking down the center spout). The blow glass cups and decanter are decorated in raised enamel in a delightful pattern. The metal is what the French call "etain", a white metal which resembles pewter.
