I've had the divine pleasure of sampling this bad boy a few times this year

The higher elevation actually helps to keep things elegant

Coming into a sweet spot now with the tannin heading towards velvet and with a little tertiary charm starting to show it's baby-faced self

Abracadabra, dEAd cAt sTRat(egy) 2022 Pinot Noir I've had the divine pleasurePlace: Auvergne, France Grape: Xarel lo + Macabeu (From Penedes) Vibe: Refreshing A 50 50 blend where the Xarel lo was destemmed whilst the Macabeu was left as whole bunches, they macerated together for a week. Full of citrus, gently honeyed and with a little herbal edge. Light on its feet but with energy in spades this hydrates better than water. Very limited. Each bottle is individually painted and as such might differ from the picture below. ABV:
