The Autumn Garden at Newby Hall (Original, Unframed) France was painted en plein airI was very fortunate to have access to the gardens at Newby Hall, Ripon, Yorkshire in the Autumn, and Winter. I created a collection of paintings of iconic, well loved scenes of Newby Hall over the Seasons, around the gardens. I loved painting this tranquil vista using my signature, moss, leaves and fallen twigs dipped into acrylic paint to create texture.
