Vin Noé, Alibi 2024 France As you'd expect the fruitPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Aligot, Pinot Blanc Vibe: Natural, Textural Aromatic, grassy, and saline. A Bourgogne of enviable class. One site in Meursault, the other in the Hautes Ctes, co planted with a tiny touch of Pinot Blanc. Energetic on opening, but the very good kind. Lovely balance throughout, and as such I can't think of anything better to drink in the sun with a hunk of cheese. ABV: 12. 5%
