8 days ago, I stopped smoking cigarettes, using the cold turkey method. This is my first attempt after smoking a pack a day for 20 22 years. Please someone tell me it gets F 26 5'10" [285lbs > 175lbs = 110lbs] (12 months) quit smoking, drinking, did a transition, had a busy year! : r progresspics My first day on antidepressants and 18 months later.
