Vintage 22K Gold George III 'Spade' Guinea Coin and 18k Yellow Gold Locket Pendant Elsa Peretti ID#: RG933A truly unique locket made from two 22k 'spade' Guinea coins dating to the late eighteenth century on an 18k hinged frame with a bail attachment. The exterior of the locket is visibly well loved while the interior of the locket preserves the details of the coins themselves.
