It comes from old vineyards located on four small plots in the towns of Villarroya de la Sierra and Cervera de la Caada. The vines grow between 850 and 900 meters of altitude. The must ferments in open vats and is aged in used 500 L French oak barrels and in concrete for 13 months. VARIETAL Garnacha Tinta
