2020 Pinot Noir Piccadilly 'Basket Press & Very Limited' red Lots of depth and concentrationVERY LIMITED Grapes were handpicked from a single vineyard in Piccadilly Valley, then crushed, fermented and basket press into French oak barriques, matured for 15 months. The wine displays red deep colour, with aromas and flavours of ripe dark cherries and hints of chocolate, truffles and vanilla bean. The plant material used was clone MV6, which gives a good structure to Pinot Noirs in the Adelaide Hills, when is pick ripe enough.
