From the Takeo region near Arita, a white porcelain vase with a light pastel green tinge, of ovoid form, featuring relief carved characters to the sides. Bears a three character mark in underglaze blue to the underside. An exceptionally designed vase by Genroku, well ahead of its time. Measurements: 30cm high x 17. 5cm diameter.
