These Southern Hemisphere hop varietals are highly sought after for the massive spicy/fruity aromas they give off

it's as much fun to drink as it was a struggle to brew

Our plan going forward is to only use these products in certain scenarios and sparingly in addition to T90 pellets as a way of amplifying what we love about each hop variety
