2021 Domaine Rene Cacheux et Fils Vosne-Romanee Comm GB Burlotto A powerful but elegant wineMany of the vineyards here too arise from the marriage of Ren Cacheux to Jacqueline Ble. This small domaine is now run by Grald Cacheux. The grapes are entirely destemmed, cooled to 4C, then allowed to warm up and begin fermenting on their own. The village Vosne Romane receives 30 percent new oak, with 50 for the premier crus though new barrels are typically removed when the wines are racked in July, Bottling takes place the following spring.
