CVNE, Tempranillo "Cune Gran Reserva" Rioja, Spain 2018 organic Pegaso wines are made with85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo. The first wine produced by the company took its name from the initials CVNE. A fortuitous misspelling between the U and the V created the iconic Cune brand. The specially selected grapes for Cune Gran Reserva come from estate vineyards in Torrentalbo. The vines are 45 years old on average, head trained and south and east facing, while the soils are clayey with pebbles. Malolactic fermentation takes place in
