Aged in first fill Amontillado sherry cask, this dram is full of biscotti, espresso and vanilla. Nose: Biscotti soaked in espresso with hints of salted fudge. Palate: Stewed summer fruits with sultana, ground almonds and vanilla ice cream. Finish: bakes apples in cinnamon.
