Godminster Organic Cheddar Pies A thick cut of SirloinA deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, Godminster's Vintage Bruton Beauty is a multi award winning cheddar covered in their iconic burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90 year old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture. All Godminster cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives.
