British Columbia one summer I timed my path to be near the Parliament Building at sunset

I was in Washington DC during the annual Cherry Blossom Festival

Everything has greened out even with some later snowfalls this year and the skyline is filling in nicely from this vantage point west of downtown

This was the first time walking across this new bridge which opened up recently with the completion of the Union Station renovation

Looking at the chain we know that it is part of something larger, but can only imagine what this larger piece of the scene consists.
