Cerulean Blue - Case for Making watercolor Rendered in watercolor by SophieThe traditional cool blue, Cerulean tends toward yellow rather than red therefore this color is best used to mix greens but not purples. This color is richly saturated and fades into soft sky blues with medium granulation. Sophie says: This is considered one of the six core pigments for mixing.
