Bain's 7 Year Old Symphony 1975 but on occasion some stockA limited release from Bain's, produced at the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, Western Cape. This whisky began its life as the standard Bain's but then underwent further maturation in wood, totalling 7 years, before being aged for 3 months in a "sonic cellar" at the distillery.
