I think she is just looking a little dehydrated at the moment from her travels

but Sherbets have always looked much bigger and broader-leafed to me

so we see a lot of these with dandelion fuzz on them once they start to open

It is possible that the heads will separate during transit

Very pretty and very chubby. This was labeled as an agavoides, but she's likely an Agavoides x
