One which took place last evening was at Civic Center Park in Denver

the leaves have almost all fallen in the Denver area and there is not that much snowfall in the city at that time

The CU Denver Student Commons Building was providing a nice frame of the city and once finding a location between a few trees across Speer Blvd I was able to capture part of the city using the framing of this building

At that point there is also the clear ice which will sometimes happen at the water line or in this case where the water line was recently

Instead of zooming in on the island I decided to include a little of the shoreline in this image to help provide perspective of the area and the size of the island.
