Initially matured for five years in ex bourbon barrels, it was then transferred to brandy casks for a further five years. Finally, a two year finishing period in South African and Colombian rum barrels. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Vanilla, caramel
