The hike to the location is a moderate one with the reward of amazing views down the fjord and across the landscape of southwestern Norway

Heading to a familiar location I set up my camera and waited in the chilly conditions

The full bloom on a clear September day allowed me to capture the flowers and the City and County of Denver Building

I walked around the neighborhood looking for changes in the season when I encountered a building with a blank palette

Rocky Mountain News Presentation:Matted The hike to the locationOn Friday February 27, 2009 the Rocky Mountain News published their final edition. The News has been a part of Denver for almost as long as Denver was a city and this final edition marked the end of an era. The final edition which I purchased was placed on the front porch to my house as this is how many people received the paper for many years. Denver is now a one newspaper town, and it will be a different landscape for print news.
