It has a bit of stretch while being 100% cotton. These have a beautiful fit with pleating at the front and a bit of elastic at the back. The back also has a belt and buckle on each side for cinching if desired. They have side pockets and two back welt pockets. There is a small dog patch below a tiny pocket on the leg. So great!
