After about 10 minutes the scene changed from what first caught my eye on this quiet morning in the East Bay

In telling the story of historic architecture is it the greater scene you should capture or the specific detail you find in the building itself

and capturing it on a yearly basis you can see the changes you may miss looking at it every day

This morning I noticed the light was mostly straight down the the numbered streets in the downtown area (if you are not familiar with downtown Denver they run on a SE/NW direction)

Keeping an eye out for something interesting in the buildings, I noticed this reflection in the distance. Having a little longer lens on my camera than I would normally use allowed me to see this new perspective. I think what drew me in for this photograph was the contrast between the light and dark while the colorful building being reflected
