Eaglecrest Ski Area is about twenty minutes from downtown Juneau where I decided to head during the day

Putting my ice cream down on a warm February day I captured the lines of the water coming on the beach

As the early light made its way through the light fog in the valley I found an interesting shoreline to capture the soft light as well as the reflection on the quiet ponds

It was a clear winter evening which allowed the stars to be visible as I photographed and it wasn't until later that I noticed the similar pattern in the sky as the car was traveling past me in this image

Downtown Littleton during Snow Storm Presentation:Photobox Eaglecrest Ski Area is aboutJust before Christmas a sizable snow storm moved through the front range of Colorado. As the snow started to fall I decided to head out and photograph in an area I had not been during a storm which was downtown Littleton Colorado. The above image was taken as I arrived in the area, and after spending a little more than an hour in the snow I left with a few inches more of snow on the ground as it picked up intensity during the time I was there.
