The whisky is then apportioned between American white oak casks and aged Tawny Port pipes from W & J Grahams vineyard in Portugal. The two parts are then brought back together to harmonise the flavours before bottling. The result is a nose of sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits and sticky toffee pudding,
