Ixlama - Huehuetenango, Guatemala Size:2lb creating a cup bursting withAbout this coffee: Sourced through our longtime partners Balzac Brothers and Transcafe, Ixlama represents the work of ~120 smallholder families in Huehuetenango, Guatemala near the Mexico border. Many of these producers are of Mayan descent, farming at elevations of 1,5241,830 masl. This lot is a 50 50 mix of Bourbon and Caturra, shade grown and meticulously processed at Transcafes mill in Todos Santos. After sun drying and finishing in traditional
