A peated anCnoc (from some of the oldest peated malt they have available), distilled in 2005, matured in a first fill ex bourbon cask, bottled in 2018 with only 224 bottles produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 57. 6%. Nose: Autumn braai and burning grass. Reduced pear, caramelised almonds and just a touch of fresh tobacco leaf.
