Two parcels were selected in the heart of the village of Avize, in the lieux dits "Chemin de Plivot" and "Chemin de Flavigny". These two terroirs share similar characteristics: very calcareous soil, 50 year old vines drawing on delicate floral aromas, and a unique mineral density.
