Denver from Uptown Size:24"x36" Right after parking the car

Right after parking the car and walking towards the park I noticed this scene

On a rainy evening I headed to the beach on the shoreline which is part of the Tongass National Forest

However one particular marking is at the State Capitol where engraved on a step leading to the west entrance and looking towards Civic Center Park is the indicator of "One Mile Above Sea Level"

As like many other cities Missoula does a First Friday Art Walk and for this one I set up my camera outside of Gallery Saintonge during the event

Denver from Uptown Size:24"x36" Right after parking the carThe view of Denver from the northeast is not a common angle you see of the city. On a summer morning I headed to a park in Uptown to photograph the skyline of the city. The skyline looks a little sparse from this view, however it will no doubt be changing in the upcoming years as Denver continues to grow.
